Delicately prepared fish from nearby streams untainted by contaminants, exotic desserts made with nutritious tree saps and fruits grown in our own premises are just a few highlights of this wonderfully fresh and healthy style of food preparation and dining.
Crystal clear natural spring water from our own springs compliment this truly inspiring green concept of dining. This natural spring water is also used to fill our fresh water swimming pool.
Plans are under way to dedicate at least 1.5 acres of fertile land at Mas Villa for extensive organic cultivation of vegetables, herbs and fruit trees. Guests are encouraged to go out into the gardens and ‘pick your food’ to be prepared by our chefs.
